Details of the Suggestion Add UI for gangs at major crimes

1. Shows gang
2. shows how many people are doing the bank
3. do they want to negotiate

Advantages Stops police wasting time with negotiating if they are going to have no hostage and wasting police time

Cons no cons

Will these changes make any difference to the balance of the server? not really people are choosing if they want to KOS or negoatiate

+1 Would also say it should also say what gang is Robbing the major crime. also would say it should have a box for how many are there so cops can have response rules ect for Major/minors
