Do you have any previous NHS experience? (if not use N/A) Previous experience playing as NHS on GTA got up to rank doc/surgeon on 2 different occasions through out my time playing there.

Why do you want to join? Id like to join NHS cause you could never have enough medical units on standby. Or could be worse none at all or just have the odd 1 or 2 that stay on 1 side of the map. I've always enjoyed interacting with people while they are bleeding out and in any case of a firefight i just watch at a far and safe distance.

What is your long term goals on the server? I personally don't want to reach too high of a rank on the server, id just prefer to stay at a decent rank if and when possible in the future.

Have you ever been banned from the server? No

Not giving a decision on your application as that is down to NHS command, However you are more than welcome to be part of Police and NHS simultaneously good luck!
