Do you have any previous NHS experience? (if not use N/A) I believe it was in reborn, I was a Doctor & Tier 3 HRT pilot, and then I was briefly a paramedic in GTA, before I stopped playing arma for awhile.
Why do you want to join? Out of all the factions in Altis life, I much prefer the NHS, due to you don't exactly need to leave anything else, seen more a neutral side, unlike for example police where you can't be in a gang on most servers. It's just a good and fun way to pass the time whilst contriubtuing to the community, as myself and a lot of others know, theres nothing more frustrating than there being no medics on and losing that 1 million kit.
What is your long term goals on the server? Probably to rise the ranks within HRT, or whatever the division is that you call pilots, and generally have fun whilst responding to calls.
