Why do you want to join ION I've always preferred the Opfor faction of things as That's where I've always found the most people to have a laugh with, the ability to be "Rebel" like rather than having to be a robot like you would in the cops knowing every law etc. Opfor is always more relaxed in my experience with giving freedom to members and general patrolling long as they aren't making them look like twats.
Is there anything in particular you would want to do/achieve in ION I'd like to possibly get involved I'm the recruitment side of things and training new members to keep the faction to a reasonable standard, With my past experience I believe this would make me a Ideal candidate as I know what is expected of me on a day to day basis.

Do you have any experience within an OPFOR/BLUFOR Faction? I have experience in RPUK Poseidon, I was in there on and off for about to years, reaching the rank of enforcer and working within the training division (Orion) where we would conduct interviews and introduce associated to the faction and manage their progress until they were put into a family.
