Why do you want to join ION I am highly interested in joining ION as I have a strong background in team-based operations and thrive in high-pressure environments. I am a skilled fragger with solid combat awareness, but I also understand the importance of communication and coordination within a team. I enjoy working towards certain objectives while maintaining professionalism and discipline. I’m confident that my ability to follow orders, adapt to changing situations, and support my squad will make me a valuable asset to I.O.N’s operations.
I have a strong understanding of leadership, team dynamics, and mission planning, which I believe are key to running effective operations. I excel at balancing the strategic side of operations with maintaining team morale and cohesion. I’m confident in my ability to lead by example, make critical decisions under pressure, and help organize and oversee successful missions. I’m ready to bring structure, accountability, and efficiency to ION’s ranks while ensuring the team operates at peak performance.

Do you have any experience within an OPFOR/BLUFOR Faction? YEs, a lot!! I have run multiple Blufor factions in both Arma and FiveM.
