RDM + Stolen Gear

In detail can you explain and provide proof of what happened in the situation
Basically I drove to rebel and 2 gangs were fighting eachother (I wasn't close to them), and then I got shot by mojoy. mojoy at first said that he won't comp me but he will let a medic revive me (which was fine) but then his gang teammate Joe Pemm came and took my gear.
