In detail can you explain and provide proof of what happened in the situation
We saw a hemmtt at gunpowder processor, we initiated on Nuclear from ION and killed him for running after initiation. We took his hemmtt to a gunpowder trader and saw his helicopter scouting us; after that, ION attacked us. He also killed my teammate, Saeed.

I did do these things, reason being i couldnt hear their initiation properly at the gunpowder pro and felt as if i was rdmed so i thought nlr wouldnt apply to this case, i do want to add i wasnt the one who initiated the fight at whatever happened at the seller it was either them or other Ion members (i genuinly do not remember). I then recieved shots while flying the heli, landed and killed a guy. Nothing further to add, i havent got this recorded as i wasnt aware i was getting reported so i didnt save my medal, do what you got to admin.

Firstly, the evidence is somewhat lacking. There is no continiues video showing the entire situation.
*There is a video of Nuclear getting killed at gunpowder processing
*There is a clip of Nuclear flying close to gunpowder trader
*There is a picture of Nuclear killing someone

Secondly, I can appriciate you admitting to doing these things Nuclear. You are correct in stating that NLR does not apply when you get RDM'ed. Howver, the safest bet is then to come to an admin with some sort of evidence so we can disregard NLR. I understand it's difficult to get evidence if you do not know you are going to be reported.

Based on the state of the evidence, and no clear POV from @Nuclear I am going to give him the benefit of the doubt and accept that he could not hear the initiation. In the future make sure to save your POV so you can claim that you did not hear the initiation.
