I have spoken to LinNel about this situation.

In his defence he thought alt 1 / alt 2 would be considered initiation. He was not aware that shots have to be fired before he can return fire. I have informed him about the initiation rules regarding helicopters so this should not happen again. A warning will be placed on his account.

However, I am interested in why Ryan_AA decides to kill Matty and Kevin without any form of initiation.

Hello I'm Ryan_AA, I have video evidence in which I will upload...
What happened is LinNil told us he is intitiated on by the cops, so I came to help and I pulled out my binos to check the station where Marky and his friend are robbing, all I see in my binos are 2 cops I start firing and as you will see in my footage inside the gas station 2 people pop up whom I thought were cops too, I didint have time to pull out my binos again to check if they are cops because we started getting shot at... Anyways I started shooting and as a new player to a server like grand theft Arma (which I haven't played at the time) I thought police didn't have an official uniform to wear except having a black vest, and I thought of that because the police don't all wear the same thing so I thought those guys are police so I shot inside and when they die till my friend tell me I was shooting civilians, in my clip you will see why I got confused because when I used binos I could only see cops and noone else so I thought mark and his friend are cops so I continued firing... This was an honest mistake from my side and I would be happy to provide comp to both Mark and his friend

Both Ryan_AA and LinNel failed to initiate properly on the police and Matty robbing the gas station.
LinNel have been spoked to about the initiation rules when it comes to Alt 1 / Alt 2 and will receive a written warning for RDM.
Ryan_AA, mistakes happen, it's difficult to judge when your teammates claims to have initiated. But remember, that it's your responsibility to make sure you are initiated before you kill anyone. Cops on this server wear unifroms, make sure you initiate on civs / rebels seperatly in the future. You will also receive a written warning for RDM.

Make sure this does not happen again, as it's really frustrating for the other party to have to deal with these kinds of situations.
