At around 20sec in your video, they tell you to "put your hands up or you are going to be shot".

What do you mean by no clear initiation?

That's to the left and far. There are also multiple steps outside, so I thought that initiation was to someone else.
The initiation needs to be clearer and not this vague; he didn't even have a weapon on me; otherwise, I would have been shot as soon as I moved.

After reviewing the report, seen as Kingy was standing just outside the building while initiating. According to the rules, initiating from behind buildings is allowed, and there is no requirement stating that a player must be visible during initiation.


Therefore, this report has been denied.
