6cex9 is a new player on the server and he has all the license and over 400 million balance! and JB has over 100 million in balance, maybe 6cex9 gave him millions!
for the players who are still playing it is not fun because you do not know what they bought with those millions and they will always be ahead with the vehicles they bought with it! and since there aren't that many players playing it, probably nothing will be done about it!
