What was the reason for the ban? Toxicity

In your opinion why were you banned? Toxicity towards a member of the community.

Why should we unban you from the server? I was originally going to sit out my week ban; however, it's been upgraded to perm? The only thing I can think of is the person pretending to be me on the forums, saying the n word, which you can check IP's or whatever to confirm. However, for the original ban, I apologize to the victim, and I understand it was too far and I shouldn't have retaliated to what he said.

I will remove the permban as i can see this was under a different person using your name your original ban stands of a week and i will allow the admin dealing with that ban to reply to the appeal @maxim

So, you came into teamspeak claiming that you wanted his "ingame family" to get cancer and that it was in within roleplay clearly taking the piss

Then you got your mate to come in and impersonate someone to try and get yourself unbanned, which you know wouldn't work but becasue you just felt like being a massive troll

THEN your mate came on the forums and left a lovely message on the report...

Why should I revert the ban when you clearly don't respect our players or our staff.

First off the forum report had nothing to do with me, I can’t control what other people do, but I don’t support or agree with what was said there. When I joined TS I was just trying to plead my case because I wanted to keep playing on the server. I know it probably came across as dumb, but I was just trying to make the best of a bad situation. I messed around a bit and took the piss at the expense of the admin team. That was stupid, and I get why it didn’t sit well. I shouldn’t have done it, and I apologise for that. I was frustrated because I felt like I’d been falsely banned for blowing up the server then hit with an RDM report when the server lagged out mid-initiation. But I know frustration doesn’t justify acting like an idiot, and I take responsibility for that.

I hope you understand the gravity of what you said, whether "in roleplay" or not, you need to be very careful about what you say to people, everyone has had different experiences in life, while you may brush the things you said off like it was nothing, that does not excuse you to speak that way to other people. Period.

The pure stupid waffle you pulled in teamspeak was exactly that, you were taking the piss from the get go...

I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and give you a chance to learn from this, the behaviour you showed was unnaceptable and I don't want to see it again.
