What was the date of the ban? Mar 3, 2025

What was the reason for the ban? Community Ban | Apparently Developing Cheats

In your opinion why were you banned? Someone told Lomax that I was developing cheats when I wasnt as I dont know how to code. I used to be a staff memeber for the company however I left just after Christmas before NLG was even coming out. I told Lomax this and even asked to talk in TS with him however his response was hes playing RuneScape, I then went onto TS to talk to Lomax maybe a day after and then received a Community Ban.

Why should we unban you from the server? I should be unbanned from the server because I have done nothing wrong everyone has past. It was in the past what I was a part of and I was not a part of it when NLG was coming out, I had left that role before I even received the email about NLG getting released. I should also be unbanned as I had been taking part in the testing to help find bugs and improvments. If I had any alternative motive I wouldn't of participated in testing. I should also be unbanned because I was unfairly banned, Instead of talking to me about it when it could of easily been resolved Lomax didnt want to speak with me and just banned me.
 
lets give a correct timeline,

got staff and then spent a few weeks boasting about getting a "dma" for delta cheats, did this in staff and TFU channels

found out after you joined the staff team you were staff on a cheat "before" nlg came out, i actually have this on good info that there was some overlap. But as of now i cant prove it,
asked you for the name of the cheat and you said you signed an NDA and couldn't tell us ,
pretty sure its illegal to force people to hide who they work for but again,
i have no proof of that yet was saying about a day before how its "cringy" to sign an NDA for an arma server.

Got removed from tfu and staff and decided to send aload of abuse to people so you got yourself com banned.

Not at all no, because who did I send abuse to after getting removed? I got removed from staff and police joined ts and asked Josh. if I could speak to you and then comm banned me. so on that front it doesnt sound about right to me, Also not to mention I couldn't pm anyone on discord to ask them about the ban because I was removed from all discord servers so I dont know where exactly I would abuse people. If I was in the wrong I wouldn't of tried to speak with you in ts about it. but when I asked to speak to you and clear it up your response was "I'm playing RuneScape" then with no further talking I got comm banned. The whole "dma" thing was a joke between me cozza and adam. Also the fact you are saying I was still staff on the cheats when NLG came out it is very wrong when I left that in December 2024 which I also told Silven after I was banned. Yes I signed an NDA for it as its private, just like the fact you make Staff members sign an NDA for the server not allowing them to talk about certain things. All I wanted to do since the server got announced was play and then you've took misinformation from someone from a different server and banned me. Also saying that I was sending abuse to people which I never.
 
Okay, So clearly this is quite a intricate situation with many violations. I want to get the exact facts and time line done before we proceed. Firstly you will not be unbanned on teamspeak unless you appeal successfully, This helps us keep everything in one place.

What i need from you @Jordann is the following.

When did you last actively cheat on ANY game?
What cheat provider were you employed under? An NDA is not grounds to withhold that information, This isn't the secret service.
If you have proof you signed an NDA which prohibits you from disclosing this information? Bear in mind that this would fall under the public interest disclosure act.
What was your role in said discord?

Once we get the facts established we can move on.
 
Is it possible to send the screenshots privately via discord as there will be private information on the screenshots?

What was your role in said discord? - Role within discord was just customer support my other role was also testing products and helping with adding features and bug fixes.
