Details of the Suggestion remove handcuffs from the perk system, this should be a attribute given when u buy the expert rebel license, this should be endgame sort of ability for rebels, atm people just need 1 perk point and never even buy handcuffs

Thank you for the suggestion but we will not be implementing this into the server for the reason we do not feel that it is a needed change and the feed back from players don't see it as one as well.​
