Why is this needed?
A big complaint about the server was the level of money within the economy so fast, yes this was also caused a lot by the casino, but I had endless cases in support of "look at this persons panel, they have x amount, why should I grind etc"
Lets give people something to grind for.
Examples of these items
People could buy gang packages with in-game money, they could use a large quantity of in-game currency to buy things such as gang skins for a certain period, or an even more extreme amount for permeant personal skins/gang skins, they could be purchasable from a "tailor" for a fairly expensive price in-game too, will help pull money out.
Could also allow people to rent billboards to display (previously approved) slander messages about other gangs, police, and advertisement for their own groups.
