Details of the Suggestion Add a money launderer so gangs dont just run down the street and store cash given to them after winning a gun fight vs cops so it allows other gangs to inject into the situation to try and take it over.
Also add a High value drug dealer that gives 20% more money on top while cops can see the location and question the drug location
