Do you have any previous NHS experience? (if not use N/A) I used to play Arma 3 Roleplay many moons ago now, in which I would mainly focus on medical roles. I do remember this past experience.

Why do you want to join? I've always enjoyed the medical roles most in Roleplay servers. It's something I'm quite passionate about and often has little people focusing on. I would want to play this as my primary role in the server.

What is your long term goals on the server? I hope to move my way up the medical ranks and get to know the people in it!
