Do you have any previous NHS experience? (if not use N/A) Yes, ive been a medic on different kind of servers, around 7 to 8 years ago.

Why do you want to join? Always liked being a medic, and its a role you don't have to choose a side and can help anyone. also would be nice to have more NHS online during the day.

What is your long term goals on the server? My long term goals is, trying to get higher rank in medic so i can train and inspire other people to be a medic aswel. but my main goal is helping the people of altis.
