Do you have any previous NHS experience? (if not use N/A) I do, I was a DR. on RPUK and also an AVM which was trainer for nhs flying lot, was in medics there for the whole time i played so 3 ish years? As my next answer will tell you, I never took a command role as medics for me was a way to chill out and have some fun with mates.
Why do you want to join? Realistically, NHS for me is a cooldown after my ION stuff, it's a way for me to logon, run around and chill out while helping other people on the server, It would server as a nice relaxing evening for me to have some fun that isn't running around shooting or managing people. I have no clue where the NHS handbook is so I haven't read it.
What is your long term goals on the server? I don't have any goals of command or leadership in any way, as I've stated it would be to get to a rank where I can hop in a heli and run around with some other medics and have a chilled few hours every few days.
