What was the reason for the ban? nudity gif on discord

In your opinion why were you banned? i put a nudity gif on discord in public chat

Why should we unban you from the server? I honestly didnt mean to put that gif but wanted to put a completly different one and before i had time to take it down i was banned. (Sorry for not responding last time i wasnt home.)

@pengu I would like to get your opinion on this specific legislation from the Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015 where it states that

Disclosing private sexual photographs and films with intent to cause distress
(1)It is an offence for a person to disclose a private sexual photograph or film if the disclosure is made—

(a)without the consent of an individual who appears in the photograph or film, and

(b)with the intention of causing that individual distress.

I hope you can understand why you were perm banned from the server, firstly, because you are breaking the law and secondly even though arma 3 is an age restricted game it does not mean that minors are restricted from the community.
By sharing that GIF, you have now potentially shared pornographic images to minors. Do I need to say any more?

Once you reflect on this situation and provide a reasonable response, you may be unbanned
