After Looking over this and the evidence that I was also provided from the Discord Ticket I've come to the following,

Player: 76561198437428547 will receive a 2 Day ban for Toxicity, It's 2025 yes and we are all grown up but this is still taking it a step too far. I'd also recommend you all your gang mates tone it down a little after reading through some of their chat logs.
