In detail can you explain and provide proof of what happened in the situation
They shot and disabled my car without initiaton, and whilst they didnt kill me, they did try to rob me, and left me with my car being disabled stuck in the middle of nowhere.
 
Ok so I've looked over the video and technically speaking they broke no rules, rule 4.4 lets them shoot vehicles as long as they initiate RP after which they did. I will have to deny this report as no rules were broken however we are taking a look at the rule as it's not great.
