I get to the flag, swerve out of his way as I was going too fast, he then rips me without intitation. stole the 4mil in the flag and combat stores it -

I am the teammate of Nick I had the money and can confirm the money it was not combat stored. Anyways the guy died before we even taken the money from the point and when he says it was "stolen" the point was Ions the way he's wording it in his report is as if the money belongs to him. I can not comment on why Nick shot him I haven't even watched the video but I am just commenting on the "combat storing" accusation.

please pull up that rule, it wasnt vdm it was dysnc i came close and you got hit, doesnt mean you can shoot me, also its an RTC, if I VDM'd you too

Alright as you both don't seem able to solve this between yourselves I shall continue. This was a matter of desync and not VDM, but either way VDM does not warrant you to shoot the person VDM'ing you, 2 Wrongs don't make a right. I Also witnessed both of you breaking RP in voice chat which is also against the rules and shouldn't be done, RDM'd or not this is not something we want to be seeing, Simply message them after the fight to talk about it not while each other is downed. All this taken into consideration I have come to the following:

Nick will receive a 1 Day ban for RDM + Fail RP

Newbie will receive a Warning for Fail RP
