So i was selling gems ive seen the hemmt driving towards me so i decide to jump in my truck and drive away after i see that the person is chasing me i decide to try to out run the guy but he decided to shoot at me without initiation now it had to come in my understanding that u first have to initiate before firing unless you are in a red zone if this is not the case then im wrong ofc

this morning i had a problem with this player aswell he tried to rob me he initiate on me so that was a good thing so wile we where roleplaying he said give me the keys of the hemmt truck on wich i replied that i dont know how to open the truck for that i got shot after reviewing the video evidence of this incident i came to a thing that i was doing wrong i said to him that i dint know how to open the truck well that crap ofc what i meant was i dont know how to give you the keys after reviewing the video i decided to sent a text message to him with the info that i did it wrong and what i meant and if he dint lockpicked the truck i was happily co operative and offerd him to come to the truck and with his guidence to give him the keys he dint believe me so he said i have bodycam ill report you and thats fine hes in his rights but i tried to solve it without the help of game admins or what o ever

but okay now you guys know what was happing earlier
but in this case shooting without a initiation.

We require a longer video to prove that there is no prior initiation, we'd need a very clear picture that you were not being actively followed, nor had you been initiated on prior to this clip to be able to process this report.

Hey monkey nice to see you here ! yes ur right u did shoot my tires as seen on the clip and yes you shot me dead at the end of all this that true aswell and when you shot me u did initiate but u dint come up to me i came up to u asking why u shoot before initiate ( on my vehicle ) at that moment but still i dont think u suppose to shoot my tires before u initiate bequese that would make zero sense to me u can shoot my tires after initiating i think that the whole point of initiation right ? like i said monkey if im in the wrong im in the wrong the admins and people who made the rules can judge over it and yet i dont need a refund or something else bequese i dint had much but good to see u on this post

@LinNil04 we no longer have the rule where you can open fire on tyres before initiating, you must always initiate before firing at someone or their occupied vehicle.

And no he did not die from me shooting his tyres, though he died die later on after I initiated

I've pasted the section of the rule 4.1 below, highlighted is the part I believe you'd find relevant, I'd need to see further forward into the clip as far as death to see whether compensation is a relevant solution, however, shooting at his car with no verbal command and visible threat is still RDM.

• Police have the ability to initiate on tires, this will normally then turn into a 2-minute chase, but that is not a server rule, it is a Police rule to where possible encourage a police chase. It must follow the above initiating rules, so it must be clear instructions, must be an audible threat (i.e. “or I will shoot your tyres”), and there must be enough time to respond to the instructions. agreed - but that's what was added to deal with the fact that shooting ground vehicles without initiation was removed.

So the rule was removed in order to show that only police need to initiate? That's how I understand it, plus I would say it is extremely unfair to punish me for something that isn't in the actual RULES and instead in a changelog channel? How am I meant to know that?

no one said anything about punishing you off the bat. And it's always been in the server rules as listed below.

Random Deathmatch is not permitted. RDM is shooting and/or killing another player without the prior engagement of Roleplay. You must give the other party enough time to comply with your demands.

You don't have to kill someone for it to be RDM, it can be shooting them also.


I'd still like to see the end of the clip to see what resolution would be fit.

Shooting them yes, I did not shoot them. I shot the tyres in order to catch up to the truck..

No kazz i did not die in this situation , he shot me later on when i stored my truck ()and came to him asking why he shot at me ( my vehicle ) with no initiation , so bequese i dint die or lost anything i should say we leave it with this i dont think punishment is needed as this player is human too and we all makes mistakes so did i the morning we bumped in to each other but ye its up to you guys what you wanna do atleast now monkey knows it so in any case my story has been heard If u want me to hop on a TS server still let me know if u need more video things let me know okay

OK, this is something I'll bring up with management and see if we can have this cleared up, don't shoot people/occupied vehicles without having some form of initiation or roleplay that allows for it.
I'm not going to issue a warning, because of the rule change making it awkward in the situation.
