From reviewing the videos I've come to the following conclusion.
@ShadyGanley first of all, your initiation was invalid, you were inside the house and were not making any form of visible threat to the LISP gang, in violation of server rule 4.1
"A Visible AND Audible Threat"
"This is really simple, A Visible threat is you or your gang mates pointing a gun at someone's head, If you are telling someone to do something with a gun in their face they better comply. An Audible threat is just that, “or I will Kill you”, “or I will taze you”, “or I will knock you out”, make sure if giving an Audible threat you stick to what you say, If you threaten to taze someone then lethal them this is Poor RP, same goes if you threaten to punch someone and then you shoot them, expect a ban. Time to respond"
As for the second group that were there, by your attempted initiation you clearly were aware there was more than one group, however, joining an already active gunfight was your decision and you know the disadvantages that comes with, including, needing to initiate on both parties, which you opted not to do.
If you haven't initiated on both parties, you can use things such as binoculars to identify who you're meant to be shooting.
You were also given a chance to compensate the players involved, which you didn't take.
