Hi,
The clip clearly shows RDM while the reported party does mutter hands or die incredibly quickly he actually begins to speak after shooting making it RDM. The reported party has no history of rule breaks therefore in this case I will be adding a warning to there profile and having a conversation with them about this to ensure it doesnt happen again. If you require compensation please put in a comp request on the forums.
