Do you have any previous NHS experience? (if not use N/A) Yes, I was in the medics for a while, eventually becoming CMO. Before that I was TS&R as well as Lead HR

Why do you want to join? I've always enjoyed being a medic. The fun RP situations you get in, the conversations with hobos and of course reviving people. It's something I can do when I have some time on my hands and want to relax.

What is your long term goals on the server? I'd like to become a GP and be part of HEMS. As I haven't got much time to play during the week, I don't want to commit myself to any command roles.
