Do you have any experience within an OPFOR/BLUFOR Faction? I have experience with police on many servers. Taking lead of NPAS in most of them. I have been in the combat unit in alot of the servers i have played on too. I have also been in HAVOC and UNMC before, where i achieved the Air units trainer.
