In detail can you explain and provide proof of what happened in the situation
Atek was killed by myself at Thorium gathering (). I left his heli etc there and continued with my run. When arriving at Black Market dealer i was shot by Atek. No initiation was heard (). Atek broke NLR as he used information from a previous life to know i would be heading to trader. This has been confirmed by staff @Bensi , despite Atek claiming this is not a rule (if this wasnt a rule no runs would ever get completed lol...)
Offered atek the chance to comp instead just said some odd things in side chat.


Items lost were:
MK1 Loadout : 300,000
1x Rental Thorium Mohawk: 500,000
121x Purified Thorium: 2,420,000

Total: 3,220,000


Not sure how comping/reporting works on here so any help will be appreciated.

Hi!
Since ATEK hasn't responded within the 24 hours I'll action it now.
The report has been Accepted.
I have seen an extended video which shows no initiation while the Heli was in the air / landing.
ATEK will receive 2 warning points.

To me this is a clear case of our RDM, as there was no ALT 1/2 & no verbal initiation in either video & our NLR Rule, remembering a player is going to sell items from a run in which you died:

• You may not remember your old Enemies.
• You may not remember what happened in your previous life.
• You may not use your knowledge of what happened to influence the new situation.
