Why do you want to join ION I've played on various Altis Life servers for over ten years now, and some of the most fun I've had has been when playing in whitelisted factions similar to ION (by which I mean OPFOR on previously existing servers). As someone who has recently returned to Arma, I want to join ION so that I can play the server with purpose in regards to roleplay, and I feel as though I can best do this as part of an official group that has been established on the server to provide exactly that for the playerbase. I really like how the group is described from the guidelines, and I think it will provide me with a unique playing experience that I probably haven't explored that much previously in my many hours on Altis Life (where I played primarily as a rebel), and I think I can fit in nicely here on the server with the ION group.
Is there anything in particular you would want to do/achieve in ION I really just want to come on and have a good time contributing to the server experience for others and myself in ION. I think that the group is an excellent way to provide additional roleplay opportunities on the server, and I want to contribute to that element in particular. Of course, I would also like to see how I progress through the established ranking/promotions system that is in place, as I always find this to be a fun part of any whitelisted faction.
Do you have any questions about the faction, that you would liked answered during the recruitment process? Any questions that I have formed regarding the faction and how it fits in with the community at present have been sufficiently covered from the guidelines which I have read, though I am sure I will probably think of some more things as the process progresses.
Do you have any experience within an OPFOR/BLUFOR Faction? I have experience in both BLUFOR and OPFOR factions on some of the previously existing Altis Life servers (RebornRP, GrandTheftArma) that are mentioned in the "Welcome to Next Level Gaming" announcement here on the forums. Of course, this was some time ago, but I am excited to be returning to Altis Life in general and I trust I will fit in nicely within the ION ranks should my application be taken further at this time.
