Don't see owt wrong with this... You was initiated on your gang member choose to fight back and accepted the intiation. you were killed/executed cause you were in teh same gang.
 
The issue is that Nick has complied with your demands. From what I can tell Ryan did not and got killed which is fine.
However, when someone complies with your demands, you can't just kill them. If you can just kill anyone that complies, then what is the point of complying in the first place?
You dont even give him a reason as to why he gets executed. It's pretty poor ngl. Even the initiation is pretty poor as you give them no time to comply before you open fire.
 
No time to comply (you can see in the back a guy was stuck in an animation and you still shot him), gotta give 3-5 seconds at least. Second I was surrendered so you can't shoot without possible reason.
 
my bad didn't know i couldn't kill him because his friend shot, if is friend didn't shoot i wouldn't have killed them
 
i initiated from outside 2 put hands up i shot when they turned around, they died as a consequence of there team mate shooting back
 
Find a time where both parties are online and sort out comp. If you initiate and they comply, they are not to be killed. (Might be some exceptions to this within RP)
 
it's not about the comp i don't really care, it's just about you guys getting the message cause I've been RDMed several times by your gang and sadly don't have them recorded, someone's gotta learn the rules eventually

Since this is Cameronn's first offense, he will receive a written warning.
After looking through the evidence it's in my opinion a clear case of PoorRP / RDM.
