Donation Terms & Conditions​

Thank you for considering a donation. Your support helps us continue our mission. Please review the following terms and conditions before making a donation.

1. Voluntary Donations​

Your donation is made 100% voluntarily, and all donations are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Payment Clearance​

The status of your donation depends on payment clearance. E-cheques may take 3–5 days to process, so please consider this when making a donation.

3. Dispute Policy​

If a PayPal dispute is initiated, your account will be banned from all services for the duration of the dispute. By making a donation, you explicitly agree to no refunds.

4. Compliance with Rules​

Donations do not grant special privileges or exemptions from rules. They are not a "get out of jail free" card—all community rules still apply.

5. Purpose of Donations​

Donations are made to support our community and help keep it running. While we may offer rewards as a token of appreciation, donations do not entitle you to specific content, perks, or guarantees.

6. Business & Accounting​

All donations are processed as income under "sales" for Next Level Studio, a limited business. This means donations are treated as business revenue, and you acknowledge this classification by making a donation.
